How it works:
Ultra flexible pay-as-you-go system where I brainstorm with you for sporadic projects that need a creative vision.
Examples of projects: photoshoot direction, packaging, merchandising, logo, marketing campaign, event etc.
The objective is for you to leave our creative meetings feeling energised, empowered and clear about your next steps.
I can also implement the agreed ideas for you, managing a team of designers, photographers and merchandisers (your team or from my pool of contacts)

Do you think your business needs to find or revamp its brand identity ?
Subjects covered:
1. Brand statements: What do we do? Why do we do it? What is our higher purpose/mission
2. The consumer: Who do we target, demo and psychographic avatar profile (the muse), pain points, what issue are we solving for them
3. Competitors: Who are the competitors, where is our position why are we different?
4. Brand DNA / personality: Who are we and who are we not? What is our tone of voice and our communication style?
5. Relationship with consumers: What relationship do we want to have with consumers, how do we want to be perceived by them?

Do you own a bricks and mortar business and want to stand out or improve your customer experience?
How it works:
Stage 1: I spend a few hours with you in your shop to understand your challenges
Stage 2: I come back to you within 5 working days with a list of improvements to make
Price for stage 1 and 2: £500
Optional stage 3: I can manage and implement the improvements with or without a team depending on the scale of the amends
